The purpose of this research are to describe changes in archive management using SIKD at PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP) and explore the obstacles in applications, also to find out and solve the detention. This type of research used qualitative method with study case approach. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies and documentation. Based on the results of this study PT JIEP uses SIKD for mail and archive management to improve the previous system, namely JIEP Disposition Online because SIKD has a complete features to controlling correspondents, start from creation process until destruction, which suggest by ANRI. The SIKD system is easy to customize so it can be adapted to company needs, speeding up bureaucratic processes, simple equipment used and easy data maintenance. The use of SIKD at PT JIEP makes the correspondence process paperless, controlled, and mobile. There are several problem while changing to SIKD system, those are: unavailable 4 instrument of SIKD (classification, access rights, official document management and archive retention schedules), employees ability, bad internet connection, limited document size while uploading, the emergence of a bug in the inbox menu and different programming languages. In the end every problem can be fixed with good support and synergy between ANRI, leaders, archivists, and information technology maintenance.
