The purpose of this study is to identify the suitability of E-Archive
implementation based on the records management system requirements. This
research method is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative research
approach. Techniques used in the collection of data obtained through observation,
interviews with 4 informants, literature, and documentation. Based on the results
of this study it can be concluded that the Implementation of E-Archive Records
Management Automation System is sufficient to meet the requirements of a good
and correct record management automation system although there are still some
requirements that have not been fulfilled, namely in Access or tracing records on
the E-Archives, and integration requirements. The obstacles faced in
implementing this E-Archive are the internet network, data migration to the EArchive
takes a long time, there is no user for depo officers in the E-Archive,
there is no place to store the scanned data so the computer decreases, there are no
features.
