This research discusses the exploitation of nature and the working class in Okja. This research aims to reveal how capitalism works in nature. To achieve the purpose of the research, the writer explores the relation between ecological appropriate and social inequality in the context of capitalism reflected in the film. The writer uses a qualitative method using eco-marxism approach and takes film data in the form of scenes and dialogues through the writer herself as research. The analysis discovered that there is metabolic interaction as the results of exploitation of the working-class and domination of nature. Capitalists pursue profits by using green politics and building false consciousness in society as environmentalist company. Besides, the capitalists are exploiting nature and the working-class as their source of values and commodities. The products produced by capitalists are the roots of exploitation and domination in nature and working-class and it leads to ecological change and impoverishment of workers. In conclusion, nature and labor exploitation was motivated by capitalism system in pursuing profit.
