This study aims to investigate the women objectification in Marguerite through the interactions of dialogues and scenes within The Last Duel's film. In addressing the above issues, this qualitative research utilized Martha Nussbaum's objectification and Blain Brown's cinematography theory. The results of this study show that Marguerite‟s characterization is phisycally powerless, soft hearted, and attractiveness. In addition, the forms of objectification of women found in the film are instrumentality, denial of subjectivity, inertness, ownership, violability, and denial of autonomy. This objectification evidence shows that Marguerite lives in a social environment closely related to patriarchal culture, in this case, the society in 14th-century France.
