The purpose of this study was to determine the level of information seeking behavior of residents of South Kreo Prohibition about Covid-19 vaccination. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach and data collection method using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 346 people. Questionnaires were distributed to residents of South Kreo Larangan who are in RW 02. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling. This study uses the Ellis information retrieval model which was developed jointly with Cox and Hall (1993). The results showed that in general the behavior of seeking information about the Covid-19 Vaccination for South Kreo residents was prohibited in order according to the stages of information seeking for Ellis. Overall, the behavior of seeking information about the Covid-19 Vaccination of the residents of South Kreo Larangan shows a good or positive level. This can be seen from the overall average score of the information search process of 3.83 which is located at intervals of 3.40-4.19. However, there is an information search process that shows an unfavorable level, namely the use of boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) when searching for information about Covid-19 vaccinations
