The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze
performance and user access of Neliti repository website. This
research uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative
approach. The process of collecting data in this research is using
Alexa Internet and Google Pagespeed Insight as well as
conducting interviews with informants. The results of this
research are based on webometric analysis, the speed of Neliti
repository website has a score of 86%, the traffic rank of Neliti
repository website is 8303 globally and 161 in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the user access of Neliti
website repository, it has a page view is 1,46, an average time on
site is 2 minutes 17 seconds, a bounce rate is 78%, a search
percentage is 92% via search engines, 6% via Neliti’s domain,
2% via referrals. and 90,1% of Neliti’s users come from
Indonesia, 3,7% from Netherlands, 1% from Malaysia and 5,2%
from other countries.
