The aim of the research was to find out the types of English slang language in the subtitle of “Kingsman The Secret Service” movie, and its subtitle in Bahasa. This research also analyzes the effects of slang language on meaning equivalence in both languages. This research used a descriptive qualitative. Therefore, discussion was delivered in descriptive way. To support and to strengthen the findings, number and percentage are used in this research. The sources of the data are sentences and utterances that contain English slang language and its translation in Bahasa. To analyze the data, the data are filled into the table sheet and classified according to types english slang language. To gain the trustworthiness, the result of the data analysis is conducted several times to check wheter the research result is still the same.The findings of this research the writer used the theory of the types of slang from Henshaw and Montaque theory. The writer found 30 slang words and phrases used in the utterances. There are 6 word clipping (19%), 1 compounding (3%), 1 abbreviation (3%), 6 General of proper name (19%), 2 borrowing from dialect and foreign language (6%), and 16 extension meaning by analogy (50%). The highest percentage is the extension meaning by analogy (48%), on the other hand compounding and abbreviation is the lowest percentage (3%). Moreover, the effects of english slangs on meaning are full equivalece, partial equivalence. Full equivalence becomes the effect that occurs the most 22,69%. Partial equivalence becomes the effect that occurs the least 10,31%.
